photo la and the daily surprise!

a few weeks ago I attended photo la, a great one-stop-shop for beautiful photography from a variety of photographers (check http://www.photola.com/).  among many other cool exhibitors, never have I been so excited to give my email address to a newsletter than that of the duncan miller gallery.  every morning at 9am sharp my inbox is adorned with a unique and rare photograph.  they tell you all about the image: the year, who did it, the size and medium of the print, and–of course–you can purchase it for a mere pittance.  every day is a surprise, you never know what will roll onto your desktop.  anyways, since a few weeks have gone by, and I haven’t found myself pounding that unsubscribe button, I felt it might be worth a share!
